Sparkling French Champagne Agrapart Terroirs Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru wine
Serve chilled. The sumptuous Terroirs Grand Cru is lovingly crafted by the Agrapart family who have been making Champagne on this estate since 1894 when it was purchased by Arthur Agrapart. Today brothers Pascal and Fabrice are in charge of the winemaking and grape-growing, continuing a family legacy that began over a century ago.
Their Terroirs Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs is only made with grand cru Chardonnay grapes which come from the family’s small plots of 20 to 40 year old vines in Avize, Cramant, Oger and Oiry. This refined Champagne is typically composed of wines from two different vintages with the older vintage wine aged in oak barrels to add extra depth and complexity. The Champagne is then aged for a total of four years before it is disgorged and prepared for release.
This elegant Grand Cru Champagne displays an elegant stream of tiny bubbles and exquisite aromas of baked apples, lemon zest, and toast. On the palate there is a soft, persistent mousse which is complemented by rich pastry, cream and ripe peach flavours and a bright acidity. This lively Blanc de Blancs makes an excellent gift and a showstopping aperitif to be served before a sumptuous meal with friends or family.

Sparkling French Champagne A. Margaine Cuvee M Premier Cru wine
This is a wine from the Margaine family’s perpetual reserve, crafted with grapes from between 2002 and 2018. It contains approximately 98% Chardonnay and 2% Pinot Noir from Premier Cru sites in Villers-Marmery, and opens with a tempting nose of dried apple, apricot, hazelnuts, and lemon oil. The Margaine family first began harvesting grapes in 1796, with the pioneer Louis Margaine.
Now, a seventh generation unit of mother, father, and daughter create a beautiful selection of Champagne in the village of Villers-Marmery, in Montagne de Reims. It is a terroir perfectly suited to Chardonnay grapes, situated in the middle of a sea of Pinot Noir. Of the Margaine Champagne house’s entire range, the cuvee “M” stands apart.
It has an incredibly rich and creamy texture, with some strikingly mature flavours, due to the use of reserve wines. Aged for 5 years before release, it offers delicious notes of dried orchard fruits, toasted nuts, and wildflowers, alongside subtle hints of coffee and spice. The fruits were processed in stainless steel, with partial malolactic fermentation.
This is an ideal wine for pairing with creamy mushroom dishes, seafood, or soft cheese.

Sparkling French Champagne A. Margaine Le Brut Premier Cru wine
This is Champagne A. Margaine’s flagship wine, a delicious and pure expression of the family winery’s terroir. It is crafted from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, with 70% of the total coming from reserve wines.
It bursts with character from the beginning, with rich scents of green and red apple, lemon zest, white flowers, and spice. The Margaine family, a father, mother, and daughter unit, live in the heart of their estate in Villers-Marmery. It is a terroir specially suited for white grapes, an oasis in the middle of Pinot Noir-growing land in Montagne de Reims.
The family can trace their history all the way back to 1796, when Louis Margaine first planted vines in the region. The grapes for this wine come solely from Premier Cru vineyards in Villers-Marmery. It is deeply harmonious and textured on the palate, with a perfect balance of citrus and orchard fruits.
In all, 70% of the mixture did not go through malolactic fermentation, adding an acidic bite to balance out the moussey mouthfeel. A perfect entryway into the Margaine’s world, consider pairing this wine with soft cheese, seafood, or thinly sliced meats.

Rose French Champagne Andre Beaufort Ambonnay Grand Cru Rose Brut wine
The Andre Beaufort Champagne House is one of the most iconic wineries in Champagne, and it’s certified organic since 1994. But it was much earlier, at the end of the 60s, that the company embarked on a journey to eliminate the use of chemical products as much as possible, also experimenting with homeopathy and aromatherapy in the vineyards. The estate’s vineyards extend over approximately 7 hectares, located in Polisy and Ambonnay, two very renowned municipalities of the Champagne wine region.
The Champagne Ambonnay Grand Cru Brut Reserve Rose is produced with only Pinot Noir grapes harvested manually from vines that are over 50 years old. After a brief maceration on the skins and spontaneous fermentation, the wine is refermented in the bottle according to the Champenoise method and left on the lees for at least 72 months. The wine shows a bright pink color, with orange reflections and fine and persistent bubbles.
On the nose, it reveals fruity aromas of ripe strawberry and raspberry and floral notes of rose. On the palate, it has a good body and some spicy notes. It is fresh, lively, and with a long and linear finish.
It is very food-friendly and goes particularly well with fish and seafood dishes.
